Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped with standard shipping. Additional shipping options will be available. For overnight shipping, email info@charonline.com to confirm overnight shipping accommodations. 

All domestic orders (United States and United States Minor Outlying Islands) will be shipped via USPS or FedEx in our signature “CHAR” logo box or polybag unless stated otherwise. Please note, some items may have longer processing and shipping times due to production and will always be noted in the product description. It is advised you check product descriptions before finalizing your order.  


All International orders are subject to duties, taxes and customs fees in addition to shipping cost and is not the responsiblity of CHAR. 
International orders will be processed via DHL courier.


Please check the product description next to all garments before purchase. Some garment details may include “Made to Order” in the product description which means that particular garment is produced to supply a special or individual demand. Made to order items may take up to 4 weeks to be made and shipped. 


Returns are currently not accepted. We do offer exchanges for the same garment, in a different size and different color option if desired by the customer. For exchanges, please foward all inquiries to info@charonline.com with “exchange” in the subject bar. Exchanges must be made within 4 days upon delivery of garment, in addition the garment must be unworn, undamaged and includes original packaging and tags. CHAR reserves the right to deny an exchange at any time.
